From www.theverge.com: Microsoft is developing a feature for Windows 11 that will provide users with information on how insufficient GPU or RAM may affect their PC performance.

This feature includes a new FAQ section in system settings, currently available in the latest test builds, which addresses hardware limitations.

While the feature is not officially announced yet, its inclusion in the Dev Channel suggests it could be rolled out to all users soon.
