From www.dbalawyers.com.au: The Victorian Government announced a substantial increase in the Fire Services Property Levy , to be renamed the Emergency Services and Volunteers Fund, effective from July 1, 2025.

The levy will see variable rates rise significantly, including a 99% increase for residential properties and up to a 189% increase for primary production land.
