The Tax Practitioners Board issued new guidance to support tax practitioners in compliance with reforms to the Code of Professional Conduct, designed to enhance ethical standards and transparency.

The reforms are effective from January 2025 for larger firms and July 2025 for smaller practitioners, and aim to address misconduct and ensure accountability within the tax profession.
