From www.abc.net.au: The United States’ beef exports to China have ceased due to unrenewed export licenses for American abattoirs, allowing Australia to significantly increase its grain-fed beef exports to China, which rose nearly 40% in February and March compared to last year.

Global meat analysts predict Australia will benefit as it becomes the primary supplier of high-quality beef to China, especially with the high tariffs imposed on U.S. beef, reaching 116%.

However, concerns persist about the long-term impacts of the U.S.-China trade war potentially slowing global economic growth, which could adversely affect demand for Australian exports.
