From www.cyberdaily.au: NSW Police have launched an investigation into a significant data breach at the Department of Communities and Justice involving the unauthorised access of approximately 9,000 sensitive court files, including apprehended violence orders and affidavits.

Cybercrime detectives from Strike Force Pardey are working with the DCJ to contain the breach, and mitigation strategies have been implemented to prevent further data exposure.
