From pobilawyers.com.au: NCAT has clarified the criteria for removing strata committee members, requiring serious misconduct or a breach of the NSW SSMA for action.

Claims against committee members were dismissed due to insufficient evidence.

Disputes are recommended to be resolved internally or through mediation before legal action.
