From www.tglaw.com.au: The Foreign Investment Review Board has launched a new Foreign Investment Portal enabling the electronic submission of compliance reports by foreign investors.

The portal replaces the previous email submission process and requires investors to set up accounts to submit their compliance reports and communicate with FIRB.

Future stages of the portal’s development will include transitioning the FIRB application process to the platform in late April 2025.
