From www.professionalplanner.com.au: The Federal Court dismissed a class action against Count Financial, ruling that the subsidiary did not fail to act in the best interests of its clients.

The court found that Count Financial had not engaged in misleading conduct and had systems in place to monitor compliance of its representatives.
