The paper highlights concerns over declining public listings, the growing influence of superannuation funds, and challenges in the private credit market, calling for stakeholder feedback by April 28, 2025.

ASIC also aims to improve data gathering and supervision of private equity and credit funds to ensure investor protection and market integrity.
