From www.abc.net.au: ASIC has decided not to prosecute the directors of the collapsed airline Bonza, which entered voluntary administration in April 2024 after facing financial difficulties.

Liquidators claimed that the airline had traded while insolvent, but ASIC stated it could reopen its investigation if new evidence emerges.

Former Bonza CEO Tim Jordan welcomed ASIC’s decision but acknowledged the negative impacts of the airline’s demise on various stakeholders.
