From hallandwilcox.com.au: ASIC has released Consultation Paper 383, inviting stakeholder engagement on its plans to publish Reportable Situations (RS) and Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) data at both industry and firm levels, starting in the second half of 2025.

The proposed publication includes details on breaches of obligations and complaint data, to be displayed in interactive dashboards while ensuring the data’s accuracy remains the responsibility of the firms.

ASIC aims to enhance transparency and accountability in the financial services sector through this initiative.
