From www.smartcompany.com.au: Lawpath has raised $7.5 million in funding to expand its legal tech platform designed for small businesses, responding to increased demand for flexible legal services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The funding will enable Lawpath to double its workforce and prepare for international expansion, starting with a soft launch in New Zealand next year.

The platform currently has over 230,000 users and facilitates the registration of 5% of new businesses in Australia, notably enhancing access to essential legal services for entrepreneurs.
