From asic.gov.au: ASIC is seeking feedback on the potential extension of relief under the ASIC Corporations (Business Introduction Services) Instrument 2022/805, which is set to expire on 1 April 2025.

The consultation focuses on whether the relief for managed investment schemes should be extended and if previous relief related to securities should be reinstated, particularly in light of the effectiveness of the crowd-sourced funding regime.

Submissions are due by 5 pm (AEDT) on 5 February 2025.
