Surge in Breach reporting Enquiries

The Institute of Public Accountants reports a surge in inquiries regarding significant breach reporting obligations that require registered tax practitioners to notify the Tax Practitioners Board within 30 days of identifying a breach since July 2024, reports www.accountantsdaily.com.au.
