From www.accountantsdaily.com.au: Research by Robert Half indicates a growing trend among Australian employers to mandate five days in the office, influenced by similar policies adopted by other businesses, with 84% of employers reporting some level of influence.

The survey showed that 39% of employers are requiring full-time office attendance, an increase from 36% in 2024, and employees appear to exhibit more positive attitudes toward returning to the office.

However, while in-office mandates rise, many employers still allow for hybrid work arrangements throughout the week.
